If you’re worried about someone sleeping rough, you can let OxSPOT or StreetLink know about them – including where they normally sleep.

OxSPOT assesses people sleeping rough and helps them find the accommodation and support they need to rebuild their lives.

OxSPOT and StreetLink aren’t emergency services but they will follow up all calls and referrals as quickly as possible. If you think someone’s health is in immediate danger, please call 999.

We can only solve homelessness by working together. There are many ways you can help and one of these is by donating useful items.

A number of pilot projects are looking at ways to give money safely to organisations helping people experiencing homelessness. In the meantime, you can donate money directly to any of the organisations listed or to OXPAT.
