Service Description
The Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership (OMHP) is a partnership that brings together six local mental health organisations from the NHS and the charity sector:
- Connection Support
- Elmore Community Services
- Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust
- Oxfordshire Mind
- Response
- Restore
Access to the OMHP is through the Common Referral Form which should be sent to the appropriate organisation above.
