Service Description
Citizens Advice Oxford provides free, confidential information and advice to assist people with money, legal, consumer and other problems.
Citizens Advice Oxford also offers a range of volunteering opportunities. These include administration, advice, campaigning, fundraising and trustee roles.
Key functions & activities offered
Face to face advice
Drop-in advice is available at 95 St Aldate's between 10am and 2pm on weekdays.
There are also outreach advice sessions at Cutteslowe Community Centre on Wednesday between 1pm and 4pm, and at St Francis Church, Hollow Way, on Friday between 11:30am and 2:30pm.
Phone advice
For advice on any issue, call Adviceline on 03444 111 444 between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.
For complaints about goods or services bought or received, you can call Consumerline on 03454 04 05 06.
Universal Credit
The Help to Claim service can support you in the early stages of a Universal Credit claim from making an application to your first payment. Drop in to the office or call 0800 144 8 444.
